We loved Skyping with Calvin on
Christmas. We got to talk for a little over an hour. He’s lost weight but looked good to us. This month:

- The mission had a week of “Finding" with a goal to find 800 investigators (teach each at least once). Each companionship needed to find 8. The first two days were a bust. They thought they were doomed but, Calvin and his Comp finished with 17 new investigators, teaching each 2x’s plus several baptism dates! He called it a week of miracles-we agree!
- He continues double-booking dinner appts (why weight loss??)
- He’s looking forward to Spain’s version of Christmas- 3-Kings Day (Jan 6th)!
- He used the wrong
Spanish word, similar to “Branches”, asking an Evangelist Minister if his
church had different “harlots”!
- Still loves mom even though got presents 2 days AFTER Christmas (Customs!) Grandma and Grandpa Wiley saved the day. Our box arrived 2 days later with a 25 Euro customs bill due!
